Shaoxing Guozhou Holding Group was established in 1988, with his headquarter in Shaoxing City, China. We are a professional yarn spinner, dyeing house and fabric supplier, and one of global largest MVS (Vortex) melange yarn manufacturers.
With the spirit of "Eco, Tech", and based on our quick response supplying chain, we are able to offer our products with vari-types, less MOQ and fast delivery. We imported more than 300 dyeing machines from Britain, Italy and Hong Kong, 20 Moratec Vortex Spinning Machines from Japan, and almost 1000 assistant facilities. With help of all these equipment, we realize the automatic operation from Laboratory, R&D, inspection through bulk working. Our group has reached the capability of 60,000~80,000 tons of yarn-dyeing (including cotton, acrylic, viscose, nylon and polyester yarns) and 8,000 tons of MVS melange yarns production. We are at the top of the yarn dyeing and MVS yarn spinning in local area, not only for MOR, also for the sales amount. The brand of our melange yarn "GUOZHOU" has already been remarkable in both recognition and occupation rate in the market. Our products are the 1st choice by the most well-known garment sellers such as H&M, M&S, GAP, S.OLIVER, ZARA, WAL-MART and JACK JONES, etc. We also own more than 30 patents rights in the our yarns and fabric, which are widely used in garment, home-textile, auto-textile, socks and sweaters.
Guozhou insists on "People Oriented" as the management concept. It has already been certificated with ISO9001:2000 and got certified with Oeko-Tex standard 100, Organic Certificates of OCS and GOTS. It has introduced ERP system into managing its resources. As early as 2006, Guozhou was authorized by ISO14001,the Environment-protesting System and as a typical unit of Zhejiang Clear-Production Program. Furthermore, Guozhou was authorized by Governments as "National Hi-Tech Enterprise", "Hi-Tech R&D Center (Zhejiang Province)" and "Creative Enterprise (Zhejiang Province)". It was also rewarded as "National Well-Known Brand", "Well-Known Trade (Zhejiang Province)", and "Honest Private Corp(Zhejiang)".
